From "Beta" to "Alpha"
I think the most important thing is education and never stop learning.
Mike Dillard is talking about “Beta”, “Pro-Alpha” and “Alpha" people” in his book “magnetic sponsoring”. And what are the different between them?
I think the big different between an "Alpha" and a "Beta" person is that an "Alpha" in the past, has decide to make a changing in there life. They took there decision to leave the flock of the grey mass who always wanted to be in the comfort zone. Never stick out because it is dangerous.
But if you want to succeed as an entrepreneur 2012 you must take steps from the “Beta" mentality.You must learn to stick out and never be afraid to leave your comfort zone. In the beginning it could be scaring but after a while, when you realise that you didn´t died of it, you will be more and more comfortable in your new role.
You started to follow alpha people
In your new roll you wanted, and should, seek alpha people. Why? Because they are leaders and if you want to be a good entrepreneur 2012 you must learn from people who already has done the trip and follow them.
You start to have a vision and can lead yourself through struggles. You realize that you can’t blame others for your problems. You take the consequences of your mistakes.
Look at the cat. Do you think that she is a "Beta". No.The cat know what she wants and never follow anyone if she didn´t want. The cat in the window perhaps have a vision of a mouse. And when she have had her rest, she grab the vision and focus on hunting the mouse until she has catch it. But she learn everything from her mother in the beginning. She was following every step she took because the cats mother was her mentor. And she was an "Alpha".
